Mrs. Agyepong boasts over twenty years of expertise in the business sector. Her skill set, business acumen, and ability to establish and manage enterprises using tried-and-true methods are truly admirable. From 1995 to 2001, she served as an administrative assistant for the Electricity Company of Ghana, carefully examining organizational frameworks and managerial approaches to fuel her professional development.

In 2005, Mrs. Agyepong founded CYNJOSCO Ventures, which became a springboard for the formation of three more businesses over the next two decades. Among the businesses she owns are Haven Events, Haven Christian Guest House, and Haven Trading, all part of Haven Crystal Services established in 2005. In 2018, she established Haven Crystals Travel and Tour, which was honoured as the Travel and Tour Company of the Year 2021 by the Global Business and Entrepreneurship Summit. She also owns Shiloah Meat & Fisheries Ltd (2020) and Haven Realties, a real estate development business.

Recognized for her expertise, Mrs. Agyepong was named Strategic Advisor to Zoomlion Ghana Limited in 2006, a prominent player in Ghana's waste management and environmental sanitation market. She played a pivotal role in expanding the Company's presence to other African countries. Committed to securing a brighter future for the younger generation, Mrs. Agyepong's maternal convictions and compassion for children led to the establishment of Liberty American School in 2013, later renamed American International School (AIS) due to reforms. The school focuses on nurturing each student, instilling strong moral and ethical values to ensure their success in life. Driven by her concern for society's less fortunate and underprivileged, Mrs. Adelaide Agyepong founded the Liberty House Foundation in 2014.

The Foundation provides comprehensive support to widows and needy students, offering educational scholarships and vocational training while instilling Christian values. Her dedication to this cause earned her the West African Nobles Forum Award for humanitarian efforts.

Mrs. Agyepong is a lifelong learner, excelling both in the workplace and the classroom. After completing her 'O' and 'A' levels at Nungua Secondary School and Accra Academy in 1991 and 1993, respectively, she earned a professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK). She holds a BSc in Human Resource Management First Class Honours and LLB from GIMPA, as well as an MBA in Finance from Liberty University, USA. She is a member of the Ghana Institute of Directors (IOD), serves on the OmniBSIC bank board, and holds positions as CEO of Asian African Consortium (AAC) and CEO and board member of AIS. Mrs. Agyepong has actively participated in various conferences, including the Association of International Schools in Africa Conference for School Owners 2014, the CEO Accelerator Program 2021, and the annual Jospong Group Leadership Conference. She was recently a panellist at the 2023 African Caucus hosted by the Kennedy School of Law and Harvard African Law Association.

Mrs. Agyepong is currently a board member of the Apex Board of the Jospong Group of Companies. Mrs. Agyepong is also the CEO of the Asian African Consortium, a Ghanaian company that is dedicated to enhancing the entire value chain of commercial agriculture in Ghana.

Strategic Achievements:

At the 3rd National Governance and Business Leadership Awards held at LA-Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Accra, Ghana, Mrs. Agyepong was confirmed and named as a part of the Top Women in Corporate Governance and Business Leadership in Ghana Award and received the Female Entrepreneurial Award for 2023. At the 9th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2023, Mrs. Agyepong was awarded as an Outstanding Entrepreneur in Education. At the 5th Anniversary of the National Communications Summit and Awards 2023, she was recognised and awarded as the Icon of Inspiration and Impact. Addition-ally, she was recognised and awarded as the 2023 Ultimate Woman of the Year Championing Education Excellence by Women's Choice Africa Awards. These prestigious accolades further highlight her exceptional contributions and influence in the corporate and entrepreneurial landscape of Ghana.
